MA 4 Fair Elections and Fair Elections Foundation work in tandem to achieve a singular purpose - to ensure elections in Massachusetts are conducted lawfully and verifiably, both now and for future generations. Both organizations are non-partisan, supported by grassroots volunteers who believe that transparent and trustworthy elections depend on citizen involvement and vigilance.
MA 4 Fair Elections was founded to support the work of the Committee for Massachusetts Voter ID Ballot Question. Volunteers actively promote activities that support our mission, such as:

-
Tracking and analyzing developing election legislation. Volunteers monitor proposed legislation that would either strengthen and weaken election processes. Once identified, volunteers are activated to contact legislators to either support or opposed the proposed legislation.
-
Working the polls as inspectors and challengers. Many volunteers participate in various capacities during election season to ensure election procedures are followed and to raise objections when they are not.
-
Researching election-related issues. Volunteers dig into election laws when issues are raised and take appropriate action when warranted.
-
Sharing our findings with the public. We take every opportunity to share our work by speaking at community events or hosting information tables.
Fair Elections Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the integrity of American democracy. Its mission is accomplished by:

-
Monitoring the accuracy of voter rolls and election results. A team of data analysts scrutinizes voter rolls to identify potentially invalid registrations. Results are communicated to both the Secretary of the Commonwealth and to town and city clerks. The data team also examines election results to evaluate voting trends for potential voter irregularities.
-
Educating the public. We inform voters about election vulnerabilities and present practical solutions to enhance security and transparency. Our educational efforts detail existing federal and state election laws and instances of violations, empowering citizens with essential knowledge to make informed decisions.
-
Litigating when necessary. Unfortunately, litigation is sometimes required to correct deficiencies in order to improve election system transparency. Through strategic litigation, we hold election officials accountable for their legal obligations.

We believe that many election laws written to protect our vote, a civil right, are being ignored. Our goal is simple - to ensure election officials follow existing laws so that election results will once again be certifiable and trustworthy, reflecting the will of the people.
