Welcome to MA 4 Fair Elections and Fair Elections Foundation, your premier destination for assuring accuracy and validity in Massachusetts elections. Our highly dedicated and talented team has explored election data and processes for years and is eager to share our efforts and findings with you. We have launched our 501(c)(3) to educate the public and litigate when necessary, with the goal to protect every legal vote. ​
For over five years, volunteers from MA 4 Fair Elections have been working tirelessly to ensure elections in Massachusetts are conducted lawfully and verifiably. A key element to their approach is to collect and analyze election-related data to ensure compliance with federal and state election laws. Much to their dismay, many tens of thousands of data irregularities have been identified. Some shocking and material findings are below, with more to come soon.

We hope it is evident that MA 4 Fair Elections takes its mission seriously. Your vote is a sacred gift from our forefathers that deserves to be honored and upheld, not diluted. Sloppy record keeping introduces risk of fraud that bad actors could exploit. Please consider donating if you wish to support our all-volunteer work. The vast majority of funds is directed toward litigation which we’ve learned is unfortunately a necessary last resort to ensure compliance with the law.
